Here’s a good story on not using credit cards. Some of the commentators make the argument that if you use credit cards wisely then it’s ok to have one but most say just get rid of them. I have to agree with that.

I’m on a work trip and flew out of tampa (it was tough, mid 70’s and sunny). I wanted something to drink and got a vitaminwater. I was shocked when I was told it costs $3.20.
Who would pay that much? Me apparently. Would you?
